Can I have an order delivered to friends or family?
Yes, you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field before you check out. The ‘billing address’ field would then be your address.
How will my order be shipped?
We send all orders via The Courier Guy. It is possible to track your parcel online, using the waybill number (you can find this on your delivery notification email). If you do not have your waybill number or have an issue with your shipment, please email us at email@example.com. We are happy to help!
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from us confirming that you order has been collected – the email will include your waybill number – this is the one you can use to track your parcel’s delivery status.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
If your order is in stock, it will be processed within one to two days (1–2). It is important to remember that we can only start processing your order once the money is reflected in our account. It is our mission to provide the fastest possible service, but if you require a rush order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss the options available to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible.
How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?
Orders to major cities should be delivered within two to three (2–3) working days. The orders that are being sent to outlying areas should be delivered within three to five (3–5) workings days. (Remember working days exclude Saturday and Sunday).
Deliveries via courier will only be sent on working days; within working hours (09h00 to 16h00) to the address provided by you.
Please note that even though we are sympathetic to other’s mistakes (and sometimes we make some as well) we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by you – so please, please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly when checking out.
What happens if I did not complete the correct delivery details?
Please email us at email@example.com so that we can access the status of your order and help you to receive your parcel safely and as soon as possible. If your order has already been collected by the courier, there is a chance that you may have to pay additional fees to have it delivered to the correct address.
If you order has not yet been collected by the courier, we would love to help you and change the address, even if it is just in the nick of time. If you order has been delivered to the incorrect address then we will try to help to retrieve the order from the incorrect delivery address; but please remember that any additional costs will be for your account. If it is not possible to retrieve the order, we will not be held responsible for the loss – but, you are our client and we want, more than anything, for your products to reach you on time and in mint condition – we know that you will love and enjoy these as much as we do!
Do we deliver to a post office?
We do not deliver to post office addresses.
Do you allow for collections?
Yes, your order can be collected at our store, Shop C11, Access Park, Kenilworth Cape Town. Please provide your order number when collecting.
Where does Baby Republic deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa to a physical address by courier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds
The only refunds we accept are flawed and defective products.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?
It is our intention to keep a close eye on our stock and to make sure that the products that are online are in stock and ready to be sent. On the off chance that you have paid and there are no stock available, we will refund you in full within 30 days from the date of payment to Baby Republic Clothing CC.
Can I exchange items from the online store?
Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product within seven days of the date that it was delivered to you, you must remember to keep the product in its original packaging, with labels still attached – it should still be in the same condition as when you received it.
To arrange an exchange, you can contact Baby Republic on firstname.lastname@example.org to check on availability of the product. Please note that the courier cost would be for your account. Alternatively, return the product to our store and complete the exchange. Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns on items, unless it is flawed or defective.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the payment being made. Please note that the cancellation of orders will mean that we will subtract a 15 per cent (15%) administration fee and refunds will be made within seven (7) working days.
What happens when I receive a defective or flawed garment?
Please let us know by email (email@example.com) within seven days (7 days) of receiving your parcel if your product has been received with a defect or a flaw. We will answer your email as soon as possible, and communicate clearly to you what the next steps will be. Remember that we are here to help and support you, and we will work with you to make to process as fast and easy as possible. If it is possible, please send us a picture (for instance, taken with your phone) of the defect when you send through the email.
What happens if I receive the incorrect order?
Please notify us by email within seven days of delivery – you will see that this is also specified on the packing slip/invoice that you received with your delivery. You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know if you have received my returned goods?
Please contact us at email@example.com, we are here to make sure that you feel comfortable when dealing with us, and that you know that we always endeavour to assist you in every way possible.
Can I exchange or return sale items?
Our sales are great and we love that you jump at the opportunity to buy Baby Republic Clothing items at our giveaway-prices! Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
What happens if items go on sale after I have just purchased them?
If you purchase an item and you have already paid – we will try to give you the opportunity to get the product at the sale price – you’ll have to trust us on this one! We will use our discretion on whether or not a refund for the difference can be paid. As you know, if your garment has been packed, sent or delivered, no refund is possible. If you would like to talk about your special case, you are always welcome to send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, we have a sympathetic ear!
Do you own a small business and are you looking for blank (plain with no branding) baby clothing to carry your brand? It is possible to print, screenprint, embroider or stencil your own branding on high-quality Baby Republic blank baby body vests – available in long, short and sleeveless editions.
It is important to remember that a minimum order equals a quantity of 120 units per style (mixed sizes are welcome).
Proudly South African
The blank vests are made of 100 per cent high-quality cotton weaved locally and proudly South African. Orders can be sent from Cape Town, via courier, anywhere in South Africa.
Most orders will take approximately four to six (4 – 6) weeks: production will be scheduled on the same day that your payment is received.
Collection and delivery
It is possible for you to send your courier to collect from us. Before you send the courier, it is important to wait until we confirm a date and time for collection.
We are happy to arrange a courier from our side. We will discuss the quote for the courier cost with you, as this is additional to the actual order.
If you have your own labels, we will gladly add the labels with the size-label, at an additional fee. (If you do not have labels, we will attach the size-labels inside the garments.)
Colour and sizes
White and colour cotton blanks are available.
Sizes consist of: newborn, 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 18-24m and 24-36m (m stands for months).

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through our SAFE and SECURE merchant platform which is powered by PayFast. All personal information is stored securely. We do not accept any cheques.
